Hand your team’s repetitive workto workflows that run themselves.
The tasks your sales, support, finance and supply-chain teams repeat hundreds of times a day — we connect AI to your existing email, spreadsheets and ERP to handle them, with people approving the steps that matter.
Where your team’s time quietly goes
None of these tasks is hard on its own. Repeated dozens of times a day, they crowd out the time meant for customers and decisions.
Copying email details into spreadsheets
Requirements, order numbers, addresses — pasted line by line, and easy to miss.
Checking invoices against purchase orders
When amounts, quantities or tax don’t match, finding out why means opening several systems.
Chasing order status in group chats
Production, warehouse and logistics each own a piece, so status is gathered by hand.
Answering the same questions again
Lead times, prices, returns — most of what support answers each day is repeat questions.
Six kinds of work, one approach
Start with one task in one team, or plan a cross-department program rolled out in phases.

Every workflow runs the same way
Whether it handles inquiries, invoices or tickets, each workflow has four steps you can inspect.
Read
Pull raw information from email, spreadsheets, ERP, chat tools or PDFs.
Decide
AI applies your business rules to extract, classify and compare, flagging gaps and exceptions.
Act
Draft replies, update sheets, create tasks and send reminders.
Approve
Quotes, payments and outbound messages only take effect after someone on your team approves them.
Try it yourself
Paste a real-world customer inquiry and watch AI extract the requirements, flag what’s missing and draft a reply. It’s a live demo, not a recording.

Automated, never out of control
Every workflow we design starts with one question: what happens when something goes wrong?
People approve key actions
Quotes, payments and outbound messages wait in “pending approval” until an owner confirms them.
Every result is traceable
Each field AI produces links back to the email or document it came from.
Read-only first
We start with read access and expand permissions step by step, only as needed.
Common questions
We don’t have a tech team. Can we still use this?
Yes. We build and maintain the workflows. Your team reviews results and approves actions in tools they already use — email, spreadsheets, chat. We provide guides and training before launch.
Do we have to replace our email, Excel or ERP?
No. We connect to the systems you already use. We only discuss alternatives if a system can’t be read from or written to at all.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Every workflow has approval points and exception handling. Missing information, contradictions or connection failures route the task to a named owner instead of skipping it silently.
How soon will we see results?
A single-workflow pilot usually goes live in 2–4 weeks. Beforehand we agree on a set of real samples and use them to compare time and accuracy before and after.
How is our data protected?
We start with minimal permissions, use project data only for your project, and can use models hosted in China or deployed privately on request. See Technology & security for details.
How much does it cost?
The workflow assessment is free; a single-workflow pilot starts at ¥5,000; a cross-department program starts at ¥30,000. Final pricing depends on the number of systems, workflow complexity and data, and is quoted after the assessment.
