Useful, and safe to rely on

How we connect to your systems, choose AI models, protect data, and what happens when a workflow fails.

Four design principles

  1. Least privilege

Read first, write later. Each workflow gets only the permissions it needs, documented in the solution design.

  2. People approve key actions

Quotes, payments, outbound messages and deletions wait for approval by default.

  3. Traceable results

Every AI-produced field records its source and processing time, so any issue can be traced to its step.

  4. Fail to a person

When information is missing, rules conflict or a connection fails, the workflow stops and notifies an owner — it never skips silently.

How it’s built

Connections
Official APIs first; then email protocols, shared sheets and read-only database accounts; screen automation (RPA) only when nothing else works.
AI models
Chosen per task and data requirements: China-hosted models such as DeepSeek or Qwen, international models such as Claude or GPT, or privately deployed open-source models for sensitive data.
Where it runs
On cloud servers we manage, or deployed in your own servers or cloud account.
Monitoring & logs
Every run is recorded: what was processed, the result and who approved it. Exceptions alert the owner in real time.

How project data is handled

Used only for your project
Samples and system data you provide are used only for your project — not for other clients and not to train models.
Written into the contract
Confidentiality, data access scope and how data is deleted after the project are specified in the contract.
Anonymized samples first
We recommend anonymized samples during assessment and design, with real data access opened only after you engage us.
